What do you do?
- Developing Digital Ads strategy:
● Determine goals and KPIs for advertising campaigns
● Target audience research and market analysis.
● Analyze competitors and their advertising strategies.
● Make detailed plans for campaigns
● Develop and implement appropriate bidding strategies - Campaign management and optimization:
● Set up, monitor effectiveness and manage advertising campaigns.
● Analyze data, A/B testing and optimize campaigns continuously for improvement
● Improve efficiency and ROI.
● Control budget and ensure effective spending. - Reporting and analysis:
● Report campaign effectiveness to management and stakeholders.
● Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
● Follow new industry trends and update strategies accordingly. - Management and cooperation:
● Collaborate with departments to develop creative assets and landing pages pages effectively.
● Supervise and support Digital Ads Specialists during the implementation process campaign.
● Maintain relationships with representatives of advertising platforms.
What is required?
- Proven experience in digital marketing/digital lending/ digital growth, campaign and product development or project management with a focus on customer acquisition.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform campaign strategies and optimize performance.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms.
