What do you do?
- Analysis and research:
- Research target audience, market and competitors.
- Analyze running campaign data to find effectiveness and insights.
- Research trends and suggest ways to improve campaigns.
- Planning and implementing the campaign:
- Set up and manage advertising campaigns on assigned platforms.
- Develop detailed creative and ad groups, incl.
- Track and monitor running campaigns.
- Optimize and improve efficiency:
- Analyze campaign effectiveness data.
- A/B test different campaign elements to improve effectiveness.
- Control budget and ensure effective spending.
- Continuously adjust campaigns based on data analysis and insights.
- Reporting and analysis:
- Prepare detailed reports on Digital Ads campaign effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Cooperation and support:
- Maintain relationships with representatives of advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop creative assets and effective landing pages.
- Support Manager in managing campaigns and resolving issues.
What is required?
- Proven experience in digital marketing/digital lending/ digital growth, campaign and product development or project management with a focus on customer acquisition.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform campaign strategies and optimize performance.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital analytic
