Partnership Distribution Lead

What do you do?

  • Identify and engage potential partners complementing the company‘s offerings and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual success.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and strategic relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and trends related to partnerships and alliances.

What is required?

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar field in banking, fintech, and/or fintech companies.
  • Good relationships and strong experience working with corporate.
  • Proven experience in partnership development and management, ideally in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Knowledge on contract/presentation/sales coaching skills.
