About the Role
We are looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to join our design team to design a new Digital Bank for Vietnam market.
You will collaborate with product manager, product owner, and engineering team to create customer-centric banking experiences that are fun and addictive. You will transform high-level requirements into amazingly designed human-centric frictionless journeys.
Responsibilities
- Drive the whole design process and deliver the world-class UX/UI for digital banking products
- Create and manage Figma design system
- Manage key stakeholder engagement and communication
- Build high fidelity prototypes for demo and testing purpose
- Provide guidance & support for UX research and usability test
Requirements
- At least 3+ years professional experience in product design or UX/UI design for digital products (e.g. mobile Application, Web-based solution)
- Familiarity with design thinking process
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders across seniorities and functions
- Good problem-solving skill and aptitude, and good team player
- Experience working in an agile tech-driven environment
- Deep understanding of information architecture and interaction design
- Deep understanding of Internet & mobile app ecosystem, especially in Vietnam market.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop), Sketch, etc
- Bonus: know one of the prototype tools like After Effects, Protopie, Principle, Flinto, etc.
- Bonus: create simple animated icon or 3D object
- Fluency in written and verbal English communication
